Serge Betsen
Legendary French Rugby Union Player
Serge Betsen is a French rugby player who plays as a flanker for London Wasps at club level and formerly for France internationally. He is generally considered to be one of the top flankers of the professional era (post-1995) of rugby union. His experience has allowed him to live a career of highlights with success and competition, but also the failures and injuries. He has his own Consultancy which offers assistance to any organisation to unite their teams and Serge Betsen Academy, which uses the teaching of the sport as a vehicle for social integration.

In detail
Serge was born in Cameroon and moved to France at age 9 discovering rugby at 12. He made his debut in the team of France in 1997. His philosophy has always been to make sure that people feel emotions and want to share them. He has many achievements under his belt, being a veteran of the 2003 and 2007 Rugby World Cups and France's World Player of the Year in 2002. He is today a member of the 'Champions for Peace' club, a group of 54 famous elite athletes committed to serving peace in the world through sport.
