Dr. Katharina Balazs

Katharina Balazs is the Associate Professor of Strategy and Organisation at the ESCP-EAP Paris campus. She has worked as an organisational consultant in Scandinavia and Central Europe where was specialised on strategic and cross-cultural management issues in companies undergoing international mergers and acquisitions. Katharina Balazs' current research explores the way in which character traits and behavioural patterns affect the leadership and management style of the world's most outstanding chiefs.
