Craig Colton is the 22-year-old X Factor contestant from Liverpool who wowed the judges in Liverpool, which was host to the auditions for the first time in the show's eight year history.
Craig took on the female hit sensation Adele's Hiding my Heart Away, and surprised the judging panel with his powerful version. Craig admits coming from a musical household blasting with Motown and Soul hits, naming Adele, The Script and Marvin Gaye as his influences.

Craig always had aspirations to be an actor so joined drama course and it was there they put on a musical show and taking the lead, he realised he could sing. His teacher suggested he should take up singing and trusting their judgement he enrolled on a music course, which he loved. His dream is to perform at Glastonbury and wants to do well to repay his family for always supporting his dreams. Craig may be out of the show but he is determined to carry on pursuing his dream of becoming a musician... with a little help from his famous friends.
